(VNE) - Nhìu Cồ San (2.965 m) là đỉnh núi cao thứ 9 tại Việt Nam thuộc dãy Hoàng Liên Sơn, thu hút phượt thủ bởi vẻ hoang sơ và thảm thực vật phong phú.

Nhìu Cồ San trong tiếng dân tộc H'Mông có nghĩa là "sừng trâu". Núi nằm ở xã Sàng Ma Sáo, huyện Bát Xát, tỉnh Lào Cai, cách Sa Pa khoảng 60 km. Hiện nay, du khách muốn trekking đỉnh núi này thường đón xe khách đến Sa Pa, đi tiếp tới xã Dền Sáng (trên đường đi qua UBND huyện Bát Xát để khai báo di chuyển), tiếp tục đón xe ôm của dân địa phương tới bản Nhìu Cồ San. Cung đường cuối cùng từ Dền Sáng đến Nhìu Cồ San chưa đến 10 km nhưng đầy đá hộc và dốc cao chỉ tay lái cứng bằng xe máy mới đi được.
